Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service with Cygrow at any time by contacting us in writing via email or mail. We will require written confirmation of your cancellation request.
- Project Initiation: If you cancel your service before we begin work on your project, you will receive a full refund.
- Project in Progress: If you cancel your service after we have begun work on your project, refunds will be determined on a pro-rated basis for the work completed. We will invoice you for the completed work based on our hourly rate or project fee structure, and any remaining balance will be refunded.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Non-refundable Services: Certain services, such as setup fees, research fees, and copywriting fees, may be non-refundable. These fees will be explicitly outlined in your service agreement.
